Service at SMA

Our faith calls us to serve others, and we engage our students in service from their first days at SMA.  Whether they're singing Christmas carols at the nursing home or carrying food items across the street to the St. Mary's food pantry, they're learning the meaning of loving and serving their neighbor.

A Sampling of Student Service at SMA:​

• restocking the shelves of the parish food pantry through a weekly food drive;

• cleaning the gravestones of priests and nuns who served at St. Mary's;

• writing letters to cancer patients;

• classroom-assigned projects conducted throughout the school year
